At Buckleguy, we stock a variety of leather from some of the leading vegetable and chrome tanneries around the world. We stock full hides, sides, panels, straps, coasters, bellies, and more. The majority of leathers we carry are grades #1 and #2 in quality—the best production from the tannery so that the leather you receive is clean and without significant markings. Our leathers are stocked with the intention of distributing only those products that meet the needs of our quality conscious clients. We purchase most leathers ‘at weight’ from the tanneries we distribute for. This means that the majority of all leather will be refinished on the flesh side. We attempt to hold ample stock so that whether you are looking for one skin or multiple, we will have availability.

• FIRM: Hard and rigid with little flexibility. • MEDIUM: Slightly firm and less rigid. Moderately pliable. • SEMI-SOFT: Soft and pliable. Little to no firmness. • SOFT: Extremely flexible and pliable. No firmness.
