DIVISION ORDERS 101 – D. O. PANEL We have gathered Division Order experts in the industry who are ready to answer your questions on Division Order Processes and Procedures. They can answer questions such as “How do you _____________________” or “How does your company handle _________________________”, and give guidance through some issues that you may find difficult.

Linda Buckman is a Senior Division Order Analyst. Linda began her career as a Division Order Analyst at Sun Refining and Marketing Company in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She worked there for 7-1/2 years before becoming a mom and taking time for this rewarding endeavor. She returned to Division Order work many

Our panel collectively has many years of experience in the in - dustry and has knowledge on most issues that you have faced or will face. We have seen many changes in how we do our work, both positive and negative. Maybe the panel can give you some good tips on how to turn the less positive changes into a smooth process that makes sense and follows legal guidelines. We have put together some questions to get the discussion started but hope you will be putting together a few of your own. If you prepare a list of your own questions, please email them to lfajen@me.com and we will consolidate “like” questions to make the session run smoothly so that we can cover more top- ics. Don’t worry, we will still take questions at the session. Without further ado, meet our panel:

Michelle graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Oklahoma Christian University and began her 17 year career with Chesapeake Energy. She has been a Certified Division Order Analyst (CDOA) for 13 years and is currently a Senior Division Order Analyst establishing and maintaining company

assets in South Texas. Michelle is an active member of the Capital Association of Division Order Analyst (CAPDOA) where she currently serves as NADOA Director. When she is not working she enjoys a good spa and a good beach – bonus points if they are both in the same trip!

Angela Powers is currently a Senior Division Order Analyst at Wagner Oil Company. She was previously with Enduro Resource Partners and Wagner Oil Company as a Division Order Analyst. She has 20 plus years in the industry, with

Born in Mississippi, Quint earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Millsaps College and his Certified Division Order Analyst certification from NADOA

experience in Texas, Louisiana, North Dakota, New Mexico and Wyoming. She graduated from Kansas State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2002.

Kimberly A. Bowman is a Senior Division Order Analyst at Finley Resources and Uinta Wax LLC in Fort Worth, Texas. Her hometown is Yukon, OK and her career in Division Orders started at Chesapeake Energy in 1997. She was DALWORTH’s President in 2021 and currently serves on the 2022 NADOA Board as Recording

in 2014. He has been active in the oil and gas industry over 20 years and starting out doing Division Order Tech work with McGowan Working Partners Inc. part-time as a high school student during the school afternoons and summer breaks. Quint is actively involved with the Petroleum Accountants Society of Mississippi and is currently the President-Elect and previous past Treasurer. Quint remains a civically engaged community volunteer serving as the 2021-2022 board chair for Volunteer Mississippi (Mississippi Commission for Volunteer Service), previous co-chair of the Governor’s Initiative for Volunteer Excellence (GIVE) Awards, and energetically involved in leadership positions with a handful of other community organizations. In his free time, Quint enjoys supporting the arts, improving on his culinary skills, diving into a good book, and traveling.

Secretary. Kimberly resides in Hudson Oaks, Texas with her husband, Jeff Bowman, and does have four grown children, Johnathan Ginter of Yukon, Oklahoma, Ashley Ginter of Orlando, Florida, Jeffrey and Jason Bowman of Fort Worth. She is an Art Major and loves to paint oils and watercolor in her spare time. Also, she is an advocate for the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA) and Northern Texas/ Oklahoma Chapter. Hoping we find a cure for Crohn’s in her lifetime.
