Named after the Aravalli mountain range, which runs through Carysil’s manufacturing home of Gujarat, India. Working with the natural strength of minerals and refined through advanced engineering, Aravalli is a surface designed for lasting performance. Durable by nature and sustainable by design, it provides a reliable foundation for everyday use.

A Complete Seamless Service CARYSIL delivers a fully fitted, end-to-end service. The moment an order is placed, our expert team manages the entire process. We will visit the home and precisely template the kitchen, capturing every exact measurement. Just 5 days later, we return to install the custom, pre-fabricated surface, ensuring a seamless, stress-free transformation with zero compromise on precision. Aravalli is a 100% natural mineral surface, created through a high-pressure, high-heat process known as Sintering. We fuse premium clays, feldspars and natural pigments at pressures of up to 400 BAR and temperatures reaching 1,200°C. This intense process creates an exceptionally hard, dense and non-porous slab that is effortlessly designed to handle the chaos of a modern kitchen. The collection is available in 18 stunning decors, to suit any design aesthetic, covering both tactile matt and elegant satin finishes. For a truly premium feel, Aravalli features a substantial 20mm profile as standard, with 12mm options also available to meet specific design requirements.

Your home is your sanctuary and the people who build it should be safe. While Aravalli is a low-silica product, its true innovation lies in being 0% Cristobalite Silica (Si0 2 ). Through precision controlled cooling, we prevent “devitrification.” This ensures that no Cristobalite Silica (the harmful dust associated with traditional stone cutting) forms within the slab. Aravalli is a future ready solution that reduces the risk of respirable crystalline silica (RCS) during fabrication. It is fully compliant with international guidelines, Lucidien tested and Certified in the UK, offering you beauty without compromise and peace of mind for the craftsmen in our industry.

Your surface is measured and pre-finished in a controlled workshop to your exact needs with every detail perfected before being hand fitted just 7 days later. Our advanced mineral composition allows for integrated sink modules, recessed drainer grooves, electrical socket cut outs or perfectly flush-mounted sinks, allowing you to design a truly unique masterpiece. We ensure your workspace is as functional as it is beautiful and provide a seamless journey from our engineering to immaculate installation.

Our generous 3,200mm x 1,600mm slabs provide the freedom to create seamless statement features, from sleek kitchen islands to elegant waterfall gables, with fewer joins. Every Aravalli slab undergoes a specialised pre-tension cut at the factory. This critical process removes inherent slab tension from the Sintered Stone, ensuring unparalleled structural stability. It makes our surfaces exceptionally durable and ideal for longevity, offering a distinct engineering advantage over other standard Sintered Stone and porcelain alternatives. Sustainability is woven into our process. Through our expert templating, we meticulously plan each cut to ensure optimal material is utilised and drastically reduce offcuts. By prioritising precision engineering and longevity, we honour the earth by minimising waste, ensuring your design is as responsible as it is refined.

Cleaning Aravalli is designed to be lived on. The high-pressure sintering process creates a surfaces so compact it repels liquids and household stains, so keeping your surface pristine is simple. A touch of water and a neutral household soap is all that’s required to maintain its original lustre. Simply rinse with clear water and dry with a soft cloth or paper towel to reveal a streak-free, hygienic finish every time.
