Commission Establishment
No individual commissioner shall be eligible for any appointment to, or to continue service on, the Commission, who -
The Tribe establishes a Commission based on the tribe’s requirements that may be identified in its ordinance; Independent organization, oversight of Gaming Commission staff with direct reporting to thePresident, Governor or Tribal Council; The tribe may select Tribal members from areas of the tribe and/or individuals as recruited, volunteers, appointments, and/or employed or contracted;
(A) has been convicted of a felony or gaming offense;
(B) has any financial interest in, or management responsibility for, any gaming activity; or
Three at minimum to aid in meeting quorum requirements if applicable; May establish By-Laws, if applicable, to establish meeting requirements or commissioner service;
(C) has a financial interest in, or management responsibility for, any management contract;
