issue subpoenas & orders; temporary closure order to a gaming operation;
Develop Commission Budget & Staffing accordingly to meet the needs of regulating the gaming facility;
conduct gaming license hearings;
Deny, Suspend, Revoke and Approve Gaming Licenses;
establish gaming license fees and/or structure of fees;
Promulgate, adopt and enforce regulations, internal controls, using the Guidance from the NIGC Regulations in:
issue gaming facility licenses; employee gaming licenses
