The Organisers Office & Sales Office are located in the foyer section of Hall 1. Press Office The Official Press Office is located in the corner of Hall 1, close to the entrance of Hall 3. This will be open each day during exhibition hours and is exclusively for bona-fide press representatives and their guests. Facilities and refreshments will be provided. Exhibition Admission ECOC 2019 conference delegates and visitors will be admitted free of charge upon presentation of an official ECOC badge. The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission without giving a reason or to expel any person or persons whose conduct is, in the opinion of the organisers, considered undesirable. Conference Admission Only ECOC 2019 delegates in possession of the official delegate badge will be admitted into the conference.

Any photography and videotaping must be approved by the exhibition organisers. Please visit the organiser’s office to submit your request. Smoking & Drugs Smoking and drug taking are strictly prohibited inside the venue premises AT ALL TIMES.
Copyright Protection As organisers we take a very strong view on Copyright infringement; any person reported infringing these rights will be immediately ejected from the exhibition. If a successful prosecution is brought by the affected company, a further ban would be imposed on the prosecuted person from attending future ECOC events. Children No person under the age of 18 years can be admitted to the exhibition, either during build-up, days or breakdown. This rule also applies to the exhibitor’s/ delegates children. The organisers have a right to enforce it to comply with the safety regulations of the exhibition.

There will be free WiFi access available in the exhibition halls. Please note this will only be suitable for browsing the internet and is not suitable for downloading or streaming. Most mobile devices and laptops will be able to access the free WiFi service but we cannot guarantee access as it is dependent on the software that is installed on your portable device.
