Reporting Procedures for an Alleged Infraction All members of the nursing community – students, faculty, administrators, and staff – have a responsibility to report any reasonable suspicion that a student has violated this Conduct Policy . A report must be made immediately to the Director of Nursing . Anyone not sure of whether or not to report a suspicion should consult with Director before deciding whether or not to formally report the suspicious behavior .

Failing a drug/alcohol test while on clinical placement or being convicted of a drug- related crime at any time while enrolled in the nursing program will result in expulsion from the program .
