The School Code for Hodges University for the Practical Nursing program is US70112800 . • Schedule an electronic fingerprin appointment with a Livescan service provider; submit to fingerprintin . • Once all materials are submitted, an application specialist will review them . It may be necessary for the application specialist to request additional information . • If eligibility requirements are met, the applicant will receive an eligibility letter with instructions regarding registration with Pearson VUE . Approval is transferred to Pearson VUE . • Once Pearson Professional Testing receives the edibility to test from the Board of Nursing, graduates will receive an Authorization to Test (ATT) from Pearson Professional Testing . DO NOT LOSE THIS FORM . • Schedule exam . Students must take the NCLEX within 90 days of receiving ATT . • Upon passing the licensure examination the initial license is issued within 7-10 days . To apply for RN or PN licensure in a state other than Florida: • A student may apply for RN or PN licensure in the state they wish to practice . The student should contact the State Board of Nursing in the state the license will be sought . Specific information regarding examination requirements in states other than Florida may be procured from the appropriate State Board of Nursing .
