sources of pollution from facilities within the county since 2010.
The Hydrogen Sulfide dashboard (https:// www.alleghenycounty.us/Services/Health- Department/Air-Quality/Air-Quality-Dashboards/ Hydrogen-Sulfide) shows hourly and 24-hour average readings for the pollution that causes the “rotten egg” smell. The dashboard updates hourly, and also displays the number of times the PA Department of Environmental Protection standard has been exceeded in the county. Human Resources Data Conversion To assist with the implementation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), CountyStat has worked with the Human Resources and Information Technology departments and the County Controller’s Office on a systematic and repeatable conversion of employee data such as jobs, salaries, supervisors and more out of the current management system, JD Edwards, and into the new HRIS system. The data conversion will ensure the smooth transition to the new HRIS in 2024, without error-prone manual data re-entry. Key Performance Indicator Reports CountyStat began producing monthly KPI reports for each county department with which it works. The reports condense the information CountyStat tracks across various resources, dashboards, and open datasets to focus on key indicators that department and county leaders can use to monitor progress or identify trends in the respective departments.
