In this guide, we outline the initial conversations, the available resources, and key strategies for making the most of Be Young’s unique message of all natural health and wellness through a return to nature. Be Young Total Health offers quality solutions to many of these problems through its unique, life restoring products. The Be Young Total Health Strategy also demonstrates how easy it is to transition from product conversations to successful network marketing and compensation. With this knowledge, a commitment to building a personal business, and the wealth of information available through Be Young’s library of online resources and product information, our Distributors are equipped to find Life Restoring, Life Rewarding success. OBJECTIVES

In order for the Be Young Total Health Strategy to work for Distributors intent on building a business and/or increasing their residual income, it should be easily emulated, simple to follow, reliable and effective. Creating independent and well-networked teams is good for our company, and it is good for our Distributors. That’s why Be Young is committed to helping you succeed. To accomplish this, we have developed the Be Young Total Health Strategy to provide easy to follow instructions on Prospecting, Networking, Sponsoring, and Building Teams That Work.

this conversation, simply communicate that free radicals are scientifically proven to be the cause of most disease. Note: If questions arise regarding what free radicals are and how they work, simply show them the antioxidant / free radical video https:// youtu.be/hbDWrGK-b_8.

SAMPLE DIALOGUE:

YOU: I just love that video. How did it make you feel?

Ellie: It was entertaining. I thought it was a fun way to point out that there are problems with our lifestyle and environment.

YOU: It’s so true. I know that I feel a lot of the effects they talk about. The scary thing is, even though it’s funny and a little over-the-top, if you listen to the clinical information that’s out there, it isn’t too far off. Do you recall the segment with the guy sitting in his office with his projects stacking up?

Ellie: Sure. I know that scene too well! I live it every day.

YOU: No kidding! I’ve learned that, from stress alone, the body can show a 180% increase in free radicals. Do you ever feel stress-related symptoms, like tension headaches, insomnia, and fatigue?

Ellie: More often than I’d like. And I’m gaining weight too.

YOU: That’s free radicals at work! Once I realized that, I had to get serious about changing my life to decrease my risk for chronic disease. One of the things I do is drink Masaji Plus with my breakfast every morning.

Ellie: Is it any good?

YOU: Oh yeah, it’s delicious! And it’s packed with antioxidants. I’ll show you the website…

The Importance of Autoship It is crucial for Distributors to understand that active clientele are the key to creating an income. Autoship is your best tool for keeping your clientele active. Introduce everyone you contact to the benefits and savings associated to the Autoship program.

SAMPLE DIALOGUE:

YOU: Hey, you’ve been buying a lot of product every month. Did you know we could save you a lot of time and you can earn rewards points on each order through the Autoship program?

Devon: Seriously? What’s the catch?

YOU: No catch. You just sign up once and your product is delivered every month. You can stop it any time.

Devon: Okay. Sign me up!

YOU: It is very easy just login to your account go to the shopping cart and click the add to AutoShip button. It’s that easy!

Once your customers or Distributors have been introduced to the benefits of saving through their relationship with Be Young, it is easy to suggest that they can get their product for free through the rewards program. There are relatively few people resistant to the idea of getting free product.

SAMPLE DIALOGUE:

YOU: I was just looking through my virtual office and noticed that you’ve been using Autoship to get your Be Young Total Health product. How’s that been working for you?

Devon: It’s been great. I don’t even have to think about it.

YOU: Glad to hear it! It looks like you’re spending $XX xx each month. Did you know you can make your rewards points go further with an additional discount up to 80%?

Devon: Wait, what? How?

YOU: Have you mentioned Be Young Total Health products to your friends? Are they interested?

Devon: I guess I’ve answered a few questions, sure. I shared my MRP shakes with a friend at work.

YOU: Well, why don’t we get that friend signed up in your organization, then you’re on your way to building a business that will pay you back.

Devon: Okay. What do I need to do?

YOU: Let’s just get you signed up as a Distributor, and then we’ll talk about the next steps.

TEAM TIPS:

p. 10

Start With Your Own Personalized Business Plan Be Young Total Health offers our Distributors multiple opportunities for compensation. To maximize your organization and capitalize on the combined rewards of our compensation plan, Be Young Total Health recommends you first start with a personalized business plan (provided from within your replicated website). This personalized business plan is crucial for your Life Rewarding journey, so you have a clear understanding of what you will need to do. Your personalized business plan will identify for you the following information through simple questionnaire: 1. If you will achieve the rank of a Sharing Partner (the first Distributor milestone ranking) which offer collectively a 42% raise in your commissions. 2. If not, what you will need to do to achieve the rank of Sharing Partner. 3. What your potential earnings could be from your personal efforts in your first set of goals. 4. What your potential earnings could be from duplicating your efforts through your organization. Creating your business plan is one of the most important steps you can take when first starting your Life Rewarding business opportunity. Because it is a personalized plan based off your own answers it creates a sense of ownership, accountability, and most importantly a clear defined direction without ever having to learn any of the terminology of compensation plan structure. It’s a simple “if you do what is on your plan you will earn $XX.xx”.

PROSPECTS

PROSPECTING Your job in prospecting for new Be Young Distributors is to think of yourself as a fisherman, rather than a hunter. No one wants to be tracked down and hunted like prey. A wise fisherman knows the lifestyle of the fish he’s trying to catch, he goes to where they are, and he simply makes a desirable piece of bait available to them. You have gained the knowledge of Be Young Total Heath and know what a great product line and compensation plan you have on your hook. Simply sharing that information in a way that appeals to the people around you is going to result in attracting the go-getters you want to help build your team.

Your Purpose and Your Role in Sharing Prospects

Always remember that your role as a Be Young Distributor is to be a consultant, rather than a salesman. If you are tuned in to your potential team members, you will be able to respond to their needs. This builds confidence in you, as a trusted friend and/or wellness coach, and in the unique Be Young product line.

If you were a consultant and your job was to figure out if an opportunity was a good fit for your client, what would you do? You’d ask questions!

p. 12

Strategies for Successful Sharing 1. Create Your Names List.

Identify the people you are going to contact. Keep in mind that if you aim for five, you might succeed with two. If you have a list of 20, you stand a very good chance of sponsoring the five people who will begin your journey down Life Rewarding path. How to identify potential prospects One way to find the road to success is to extend yourself to help people of all walks of life. Take every opportunity to talk to everyone. People you wouldn’t expect to be interested often become the largest builders of your organization. Consider: • Your Former Coworkers • High School Friends and College Roommates • Family and Relatives • Professional Body workers (Your massage therapist, chiropractor, dentist, naturopathic doctor, etc.) • Social Media Contacts (Use Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn) • Your Children’s Teachers • People You Meet at the gym or the grocery store • Members of Your Religious Congregation

Introducing people to Be Young Total Health products is easy. Understanding how they will respond to those products requires an understanding of the reasons behind their interest. In order to identify those reasons, you must ask questions. Remember to think like a consultant, rather than a sales agent. Connect with friends and neighbors at a personal level. Be aware of their concerns and interests and identify the solutions that work for their individual needs.

Higher-level training, including Real You Advocate and modality trainings are the best tools for addressing her needs and for identifying the best Be Young Total Health product to address those needs. Plan ahead. If you are not a Real You Advocate yourself, work with your sponsor to find the Distributors in your team who are. Communicate with these Real You Advocates and coordinate an in home party where you can invite Ellie and others to come over and learn from your upline Real You Advocate. If you find yourself encountering a lot of prospects with health needs, you will want to look into Be Young Total Health Real You Advocate training for yourself. Chuck: Oh man, I’d quit in a minute if I could find something else.

YOU: Are you serious about that?

Chuck: Yeah.

YOU: Well, I’ve found a company that has allowed me to make ends meet and I’m actually starting to have some real success. I’ve got a great team supporting me. Would you like to meet them?

Chuck: I don’t know…

YOU: Seriously, this business is growing by leaps and bounds. My friend has been an amazing resource to me and has taught me a lot of ways to make actual money. I’m sure he’d be happy to talk to us both. I know he’s available this Thursday afternoon. Will you talk to him?

Chuck: Well, I work on Thursday. I don’t really have time for a long sales presentation.

YOU: He’s also available on Saturday morning. If I stop by for ten minutes around 10:00 a.m., would that work for you?

Chuck: Sure, let’s do it. I’m game if it means getting out of my stupid job.

YOU: See you Saturday morning!

The value of this dialogue is in sharing your concern as well as your successes. You are communicating your willingness to share in the benefits you have found.

SAMPLE DIALOGUE:

YOU: How are you doing? Are you still working for that wellness company?

Sarah: Ya I am still with the company. It’s been hard lately because there has been changes I do not agree with.

YOU: I know you’ve been selling for them for a long time and I know how hard you work. It’s too bad that you are starting to have concerns. They clearly don’t appreciate your business mind. You know, I’ve found this company that’s telling me how much I can make working with them. I was wondering if you could take a look at it and let me know what your thoughts are.

Sarah: Sure, I guess. They’re not asking you for any sign-up fees, are they?

YOU: Oh, no. Actually there is no sign-up fee. I’ve just been buying their product for a while and really liking it. I might as well try to make some money out of an investment I’m already making, right?

Sarah: Okay, I’ll look it over. But be careful. Some of those network marketing companies can really rip you off if you don’t know what you’re doing.

YOU: Well, here’s a brochure that outlines their sales bonus structure. It looks legitimate to me. They call it Success at Any Level. Look it over and we can talk about it when we go the gym on Saturday.

Sarah: No problem. I’ll see you Saturday.

The value of this dialogue is in inviting a trusted friend to review the Be Young materials on your behalf. Your friend’s caring and concern will compel them to have a first exposure to the Be Young compensation plan. As you well know, it is so affordable and risk-free to get started with Be Young Total Health that there are no secrets or surprises for them to find. There is a very good chance, in fact, that they’ll be as impressed and interested as you are.

7. Utilize Your Social Media Network Making use of social media is a great way to build and activate your network. Without leaving your home, you can reach out to people you know, as well as people who are searching for the very solutions you know Be Young products can provide. But it’s important to use this helpful tool effectively. Here are a few guidelines: • Resist the temptation to post ads on your wall. Rely, instead, on your lifestyle to sell the benefits of Life Restoring, Life Rewarding success. Post the great things about your life, your health, your energy, and your new advantages—the stuff you’d talk about with your friends anyway. Here are a few examples: – “Finally, managed to buy that Porsche 911 I’ve been dreaming about since high school!” – “Headed out to indoor soccer. I can’t get over how much more energy I have these days.” – “Lost another 5 lbs.! Just 15 more to go until I reach my goal.” – “I can’t thank you enough for your support while I’ve been ill. I’m looking forward to spending time with all of you now that I’m feeling so much healthier.” • Make posts that lead your friends to ask questions like: – “How did you manage to lose 40 lbs.?” – “How could you afford to pay off your mortgage/move in to your dream home so quickly?”

– “Another bonus? Who are you working for these days?” – “What are you doing that’s made such a big difference?” • Congratulate your downline and network for their successes.

– “Great job on making it to Diamond! You’re on your way now!” – “I’m so proud of you for starting your own business!” – “So excited to see you at the Be Young National Convention! Let’s get this party started!”

• Share a recipe that includes a Be Body Smart product. • Take social media training offered through Be Young.

8. Use Your Affiliate Link (Replicated Site) If you find that online interactions have been a successful way to share information and reach out to new prospects, Be Young Total Health has a helpful tool for giving your personal business a professional online presence. You don’t need to do any programming or formatting, just rely on the professionals at Be Young to do the set-up for you. A Replicated Website Provides: • A free affiliate (replicated site) is available to all Independent Distributors of Be Young Total Health. It is easy and simple to use. Simply login to your Virtual Office, set up your “replicated site URL”, and use the

link provided. Directing your retail customers to your affiliate site to shop will give you 40% back on their commissionable volume (CV).

9. Extend An Invitation The truth is, people like to feel included. They like to feel connected, supported, and involved in the things that interest and enrich their friends. Invite people into your circle and they will feel included. To turn that circle into a team, takes just three steps: 1) You invite, 2) They commit, and 3) You follow-up.

F To create a commitment, make use of “Will You” Statements. These are direct statements that require a simple yes or no response.

Example: If I give you a product guide about Masaji Plus will you read it?

Example: If I will you ?

Example: If I will you ?

10. Set Up a Follow Up Encounter If you have identified quality prospects, as many as 80% of those people will actually follow through if you follow up with them. Only 2% of people you invite to participate will actually take action without a follow-up commitment, you need more than an introduction. Subsequent conversations are cruicial. Your communication with a prospect should feel natural, not like a set-up for either one of you. Start with your confidence in Be Young Total Health. Communicate that you care about your prospect personally, that you are committed to their success, and that you are open to hearing any of their doubts and concerns. • Ask, “When will you have time…” to read, watch, listen, attend, whatever your invitation may be. • Set up a follow-up appointment. Have your contact identify a time and set up a follow-up appointment that works for them. • Make use of time you are already getting together with friends or contacts. “Can we talk about this when we take the kids to the park?” “If I came over 15 minutes before our poker game, I could show you some information.”

© 2014 Be Young Total Health

p. 24

• Confirm the follow up. State the specific appointment with a day and a time. Let them know you are serious about investing in them. • Ensure that the contact understands and commits to the appointment they have made with you. Reiterate that you will be calling them to talk about their feelings about the product, video, reading, etc.

F Think of some ideas for how to create Follow-Up opportunities.

F Make a list of confirmed Follow-up appointments you have in the next week.

PROSPECTS

11. Actually Follow Up This may seem like we’re stating the obvious, but we’re not. So many energized people fail at this crucial step. They have a conversation, they create an opportunity, and then—for whatever reason—they fail to follow up. Success can be lost in a single moment, the moment in which you fail to keep your appointment. The most important work you can do is keeping your commitments. Take your follow-up appointments seriously in order to communicate to your contact that you take them seriously. To help them feel valued: • Keep your appointment and be prepared to ask and answer questions. • Consult; do not sell. Share the Be Young Total Health system and how it can help them meet their individual needs. Discuss how Be Young can contribute to their life style and potentially become a primary income source. • Be a friend and a support system in helping them achieve their goals and be a part of a team that is working for them. • Explain the Be Young Compensation Plan and introduce them to the Compensation Plan Guide online. 12. Create a Calendar and Set Goals for Your Week Professionals take their time and the time of their colleagues seriously. They manage their time and track their progress. A simple calendar and clear goals can make the difference between supplementing your income and building a business of your own. • Identify your prospects and their needs in the next week, and the next month. • Keep track of this information in a format that keeps you on track.

13. Value Your Role and Your Time So many people are fooled into thinking that leaving a message, writing an email or dropping a brochure on a desk is effective sharing. The reason that you are valuable to Be Young Total Health is because you know people who can benefit from our unique products. Your most valuable skill is your ability to interact with those people, to learn their stories, and to share the solutions you know will work for them. Making and supporting friends is the most important part of your job as a Be Young Distributor. Make sure you are using your time effectively to ensure that your investment will pay off. Divide your time between the following valuable activities: • Communicating with potential prospects • Following up on commitments with established prospects • Making connections that successfully sponsor new Distributors • Communicating with your team to gain knowledge about sales techniques or new/promoted products. 14. Understand the Contract A Distributor has established a working agreement with Be Young Total Health. It is important to understand that this is a binding contract. There are clear roles and expectations explained in this document. We feel very strongly that you should read every contract you sign, so take a moment to read and understand this one. If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to ask your sponsor. • Read it for yourself. Protect yourself by understanding what your role is as a Distributor and how Be Young Total Health will support you in that role. • Understand it for your potential prospects. As you begin to build your own organization, you should be able to answer the questions of your new Distributors when they sign up. Revisit the contract on a regular basis in order to keep this information fresh in your mind. • Clarify with the Be Young Policies and Procedures. PROSPECTS

16. Use the Party As a Building Tool The Be Young Total Health Party platform was specifically designed to be a direct answer to the most common question received,”How do we find new people?” The typical answer has been well you need to be where they are so if they are at the gym start a gym membership, if they are at school start figuring excuses to follow your kids to school. While this is a very valid and appropriate response, we all know there is a better way. That is through leveraging the contacts of your friends and tapping into their names list through incentives and offers that would interest them enough to introduce you to their circle of influence.

SAMPLE DIALOGUE:

YOU: Hey I know you are into essential oils. I have found this amazing company that sales premium essential oils. I have a member who has been with the company for a little while that is willing to come over and talk to us about essential oils. Would you be interested in coming over?

Courtney: Ya that sounds great!

YOU: Great! I am looking to get a handful of people there would you be interested in helping me get more people and getting free product?

Courtney: Ya, but what is the catch.

YOU: There isn’t a catch. The company has a great incentives program to encourage people to learn about their products. All I will do is set you up as a Host where you can track the people you invite. If they decide to buy something you can get up to 35% back to go towards your own free products!

Courtney: That sounds simple do I have to try to sale so much to get the rewards?

YOU: Yes, but get this, only $20 anything above that just adds more to your rewards.

Courtney: OK, lets do it!

YOU: Great! I will send you over a link when i get home and help you with the invites.

The value of this dialogue is the very nature of it. It is non-invasive and offers them an incentive for just inviting others to a gathering she was already interested in attending, but the power of this is you will now be exposed to a group of people you would of otherwise had no connection to. Broadening your circle of influence and creating new opportunities. 17. Sponsoring Through the Party Platform Be Young Total Health has provided a profession training from one of the industries best party girls to give you the skills and techniques to make every party success (you can find this training and the resources at www.bythacademy. com), but your success at sponsoring through the party will only be effective if you are looking past this party. You should always be looking for re-bookings from the party and new hosts (2-3). In fact the real magic happens when you get a new member to agree to host from the party. This provides you with a perfect opportunity to talk to your host about the business opportunity.

SAMPLE DIALOGUE:

YOU: Hey great news! Tina, your friend, decided she would like to invite me over to share about natural vs. synthetic vitamins with her friends.

Courtney: Oh, that’s great.

YOU: Yeah, it’s very exciting. I wanted to talk to you first before I set her up as a Host. There are a couple of options. I can set her up as a Host under my account, which would mean Tina would get the Host rewards, just like you did at this party. And since I would be the consultant I would earn commissions from the sales of the party. Or, if you are interested, you could become a Distributor and create the host link for Tina. This would mean you would get the commissions. And if you do any other parties you would get the host rewards and the commissions. What would you prefer we do? This dialog provides a non-invasive conversation about the benefits Courtney would receive from joining your team without pressuring her. It’s her choice and regardless of what she decides you will benefit. If Courtney decides to become a team member you have expanded your Downline organization. If Courtney decides not to you have still expanded your circle of influence through Tina. Also, no effort is wasted NO doesn’t mean never but could be “just not right now”. Invite Courtney to host other parties and continue to give her good experiences rather she continues to help you expand your circle of influence by exposing you to her friends or becoming a team member you are still accomplishing your Life Rewarding business goals.

SPONSORING

SPONSORING Many people feel that, in order to become a successful sponsor, they must have an encyclopedic knowledge of Be Young, its products and compensation plan, as well as the company’s history. This lofty expectation can be discouraging, and it is completely untrue. A sponsor need not rattle off the history of Be Young Total Health from memory if they know where to find “The Grateful Journey.” https://www.beyoungth.com/resources A sponsor doesn’t need to recite the nutritional makeup of Masaji Plus. They need only know where to find the nutritional breakdown and analysis reports online. www.beyoungth.com The idea behind the Be Young Total Health System is to introduce new Distributors to a teachable and easily replicated process that has been shown to work. It will also make you aware of the resources that support that process. Always remember that your role as a Be Young Sponsoring Distributor is to support your downline, rather than work for them. If you are in touch with those you sponsor, you will be able to respond to their needs. This builds loyalty, confidence, and success for everyone in your network. What a new team member needs to know is where to find the information they need to guide their own sharing process. The sooner a Distributor is independent from you sponsoring their own team, the sooner they become a valuable member of your team and a contributor to your success as well as their own. Your job is to provide your Distributors with the tools, motivation, information and strategies they need to build their own business. Your Purpose and Your Role as a Sponsor

What Your Role Isn’t You do not work for your Distributors; you work with them. The key component to any Distributor’s success is their own willingness to work toward their own independence. Their tools are information, confidence and a belief in everything Be Young Total Health has to offer.

Strategies For Becoming a Successful Sponsor 1. Understand and Establish Their Driving Force

It is absolutely essential to identify the driving force behind each new team member’s continued involvement. Identify their history and what they are looking to accomplish. Do they want to benefit from discounts, or do they want to build their own network of neighbors and friends? Are they interested in improving the health of others? Do they want to start a business like yours that can grow into a source of income? Explore the reasons why your prospect might want to join your team and work hard enough to succeed. This is not a guided conversation; it is simply a conversation. Ask questions, and then listen. If you hear what you’re being told, you can respond to that information in a sincere and helpful way. If you read a script at someone, they won’t have any real connection that they can respond to. This skill comes with practice. The only way to develop it is to start talking to people. What could be easier and more fun than that?

SPONSORING

F Identify your driving force, the key inspiration that keeps you working hard toward your organizational goals.

F Now try to identify the potential driving force for your new or prospective Distributors. Name: Driving Force:

p. 34

Utilize the Needs Matrix The same inspiration that interested your clients in Be Young Total Health Products will fuel their performance as a Distributor. Revisit the questions that you explored in the Needs Matrix. Understand: • The concerns they may have about their lifestyle, wellness, or the health of their loved ones. • The health and personal care products they currently use to address their wellness needs. • Any financial struggles they may have. Do they want to quit their job? • What might interest a savvy business builder in investing in you and in Be Young Total Health. A Driving Force will be a more powerful stimulus than a product need. It will be the inspiration that makes them put in the hard work necessary to build a successful organization and find their own Life Restoring, Life Rewarding success. If you listen with care, together you and your Distributor will be able to identify this Driving Force and use it as another tool for fueling success. 2. Four Exposures Statistically, it has been shown that people need 4-6 exposures to a company and its benefits before they fully commit. Think about buying a car: your first exposure might be an exciting commercial on TV. The second exposure would be looking up the car’s statistics and specs on the company’s website, The third would be looking at reviews on a third party website to learn more than the marketing, and the fourth exposure would be going to the dealership to take a test drive. At this point, you should be ready to buy the car. No can mean no, or it can mean “talk to me later.” You might have just reached your friend in a bad moment. Don’t take their initial rejection as a door in the face. It is just another exposure. Continue to share your success stories and wait for them to ask. Their interest presents your next chance to share Be Young Total Health products or invite them to participate as a Distributor.

F Choose one name from your list on page 12 and identify four exposures that might best relate to them.

F Recall their placement on the Needs Matrix on page 19 when considering their exposure..

Name:

3. Find Success on Your Terms (see page 11) The Be Young Total Health compensation plan is unique, in the fact that you are in the drivers seat. We have developed the entire compensation plan to complement each other, but not be dependant of the other bonus structures. So what does this mean for you? You decide what areas of the compensation plan you want to particiapte within. You do not have to accomplish Something in one portion of the compensation plan to receive the benefits of another. If you just want to work with customers. Great! If you want to build teams. Great! If you want to reach for the stars and become a gem ranking member..Great! its all up to you and you will be rewarded for any effort you make. 4. Understand the Compensation Plan This will not only help you develop your own goals and strategies, it will help you share the tools for success with prospects and newly sponsored Distributors. It is important to have a physical copy of the compensation guide. You can obtain one through the Print Shop or by downloading a copy from beyoungth.com/opportunity. 5. Have Realistic Expectations There is no such thing as easy money. Successful business owners know that if you treat your income source like a job, if you show up every day and do the work that needs to be done, you will reap the rewards.

• Businesses pay off, hobbies don’t. If you are just looking for easy money, you may receive one or two checks before your network becomes discouraged and inactive. You may never make it further than the Fast Start Bonus. If you are committed to a long-term strategy, however, A Personalized Business Plan is a very clear path.

F Take the questionnaire (located in your replicated site) for your Personalized Business Plan.

F Identify where you are, and how you can go further.

• It takes time. While we encourage new Distributors to strive to sign up 3-5 new members within 30 days that doesn’t always translate. Just go in knowing that building a profitable team that works will take months, maybe up to a year or more. If you give yourself that time to grow, stay in contact with your upline, and continue to work at prospecting and sponsoring new Distributors and customers, you will find the success you are looking for. • Set achievable goals. Don’t put your pie in the sky, set it on the ledge where you can see it. If you are honest with yourself about your time and willingness to invest, you can avoid disappointment or frustration.

SPONSORING

F List five realistic goals for the next week, then five realistic goals for the next month. Five Goals for Next Week Five Goals for Next Month

F Think about how you will meet these goals and write down how you will take immediate action.

6. Sponsoring Through Distributors must understand the concept of leverage to be successful in this business. In order to build a Diamond- level organization, you need to invest a minimum of 155 working hours each week. How do you do that without killing yourself? You develop a team to work with you, that’s how. If you build a network willing to put in the minimum effort, you can rely on them to work some of those hours along with you. Divide those 155 hours by six (that’s you and five others) and you arrive at 25 hours. That’s a part- time job yielding full-time rewards. • Your goal should be more than finding new team members. As a sponsor, you are working through each new team member to help them become successful. This is why it is important to invest in the success of the people you have sponsored. Don’t leave them hanging. Their success = your success.
