Personnel Schedule The 2025 Adopted Budget included planning for the following changes to the schedule of personnel positions designated within the City of Tonganoxie organization. The City Council most recently completed adjustments to pay structures in April 2024 with the approval of Resolution 04-23-03. Conversion of 1 part-time Administrative Assistant position into 1 full-time Administrative Assistant position in the City Administration Department. The change to authorized full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count is +0.5. Conversion of 1 full-time Utility Operator II position into 1 full-time Utility Operator I position in the Public Works Department. No changes to the authorized full-time equivalent (FTE) employee count.
