Russell Township Council is preparing to amend its Sign By-law to prohibit the placement of signs within rounda- bouts, hopefully minimizing visual dis- tractions in these increasingly common intersections. In May 2024, construction began on a new roundabout at one of the municipality’s busiest intersections, Limoges Road (County Road 5) and Route 300, with completion announced in September 2024.
