URBAN RENEWAL: 2020-2024 INITIATIVES
Urban Renewal District Plan Urban Renewal is the most impactful economic development incentive to attract new development in Oregon City. It is also a major contributor to infrastructure development associated with new projects and a strategic commitment to revitalizing key areas and transforming underutilized spaces into thriving hubs of commerce and community. The department developed the 11th amendment to the Urban Renewal Plan, setting the stage for possible future voter approval to secure bonds to fund impactful projects in the district.
