NON-CYCLING ECON REFRIGERATED DRYERS NRD-NCE SERIES | 15–300 CFM
Invest in Productivity and Peace of Mind The Next Air NRD-NCE (15–300 CFM) Series of dryers was developed to meet the needs of its most demanding customers in an economical package. All models are equipped with an electronic board system and a double sensor system that keeps the dewpoint and the condensing pressure under control. The aluminum heat exchanger has been studied and patented in order to offer maximum performance and minimum pressure drop. The NRD-NCE series was developed with total respect for the environment through the use of eco-friendly gases and recyclable materials. Standard Features • Economical design • Suitable for small and medium-scale applications • Double sensor system
• Low pressure drop • Nema-1 standard • Programmable timer drain • Eco-friendly gases and recyclable material

Capacity Correction Factors Inlet flow rates stated in the specification table assume the following conditions: 100° F inlet temperature, 100° F ambient temperature, and 100 psig operating pressure. For proper operation, compressed air dryers must be sized for the maximum temperatures, minimum pressure and maximum flow rate of the installation. To obtain dryer flow capacity for non-standard conditions use the following formula: Dryer Flow Rate x CF1 x CF2 x CF3 = New Flow Capacity To select a dryer based on the system flow of the compressed air system use the following formula. Then select a dryer that has a flow rate that is equal to or above the minimum required drying capacity. System Flow / CF1 / CF2 / CF3 = Minimum Required Drying Capacity
