MICRO Series MICRO 50 | MICRO 100

Unmatched Performance Clean Resources MICRO 50 and 100 series oil-water separators are an economical and ideal solution for businesses with small compressed air systems, especially in the 5 HP to 25 HP range and up to 125 psi. Systems over 125 psi will need to reduce the pressure. Don’t let the compact size fool you. The MICRO 50 efficiently removes oil from the condensate. Like all other Clean Resources OWS systems we manufacture, the MICRO 100 also uses our proprietary, chemically modified alumina silicate substrate media bed to adsorb ALL

What Makes Clean Resources the Best OWS? How it works

• Media utilizes molecular sieve technology and chemical bonding • Lubricant molecules attract to the proprietary substrate media bed like a magnet, permanently bonding and eliminating groundwater contamination Standard features • Custom-built wall bracket for ease of installation • No priming required • 10 ppm or less carryover throughout the life of the unit (lowest in the industry) • MICRO 100 handles all compressor lubricants Maintenance-free—technician approved  • Threaded spin on/off cartridges for no mess, quick maintenance • No exposure to algae, black mold, bacteria or e-coli Disposal of Cartridges • Dispose of in accordance with state and local regulations • Lowest life cycle cost in the industry Environmental conditions • Works in all conditions—contact your distributor for extremely cold climates • Specific gravity, emulsification, relative humidity, and temperature do not affect performance

compressor-based lubricants, including silicone and polyalkylene glycol (PAGs), and food grade. Clean Resources is the only oil-water separator company to back this claim with third-party testing data. Both units include a factory-installed and plumbed wall bracket, reducing installation time. Mount the MICRO to a secure fixture, thread the cartridge, attach the compressor line, and run a poly tube to the drain. That’s it!

Guaranteed Compliance How low can you go? Pretty darn low! When properly sized and installed, our systems are guaranteed to reduce contaminants in your compressor condensate to 10 ppm or less* for the life of the unit. If your unit fails under these conditions, Clean Resources will replace the failed unit or provide a refund through your distributor.

Cost Sensitive? Did you know 80% of the compressed air market is 30HP and below? Typically, this is also the most price-sensitive market. That’s why we developed the Micro series to be an extremely economical version for customers in this category. This ensures they are EPA compliant and not contaminating the environment or risking expensive EPA fines.

And, the Micro series is a fraction of the cost of other oil-water separators.

Product Installation and Disposal Most Clean Resources products are shipped with printed installation instructions attached to the unit or printed on the label. We know they get tossed out, “lost,” or sometimes you’d just rather not read the instructions.

Not to worry. Each unit’s product label has a QR code that takes you to our installation series of videos. Here you can watch Jerry, our Clean Resources installation expert, talk you through installation and cartridge disposal, step-by-step. You will be up and running in no time, and EPA compliant.
