(Nine Drag- ons Paper Holdings Limited), has opened a new corru- gated plant in Mount Pleasant. • Cascades Launches 100 Percent Recycled Thermo- formed Cardboard Food Tray : Kingsey Falls, Quebec, based Cascades is launching the first 100 percent re- cycled and recyclable thermoformed cardboard tray designed for fresh food packers. • GBP Acquires Third Dimension : Green Bay, Wisconsin based Green Bay Packaging (GBP) announced that it acquired Geneva, Ohio based Third Dimension Inc. on October 1. • Flint Group Packaging Inks Acquires Poteet Printing Systems LLC : Luxembourg based Flint Group Packag- ing Inks has announced the acquisition of Charlotte, North Carolina based Poteet Printing Systems LLC. • Durst Acquires Majority Stake In Vanguard Digital Printing : Brixen, Italy based Durst has strengthened its position in the U.S. Graphics Industry with the acqui- sition of a majority stake in Vanguard Digital Printing Systems, headquartered in Lawrenceville, Georgia. • Opus Packaging Acquires Arvco’s Assets In Indiana : Opus Packaging – Indianapolis has announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire the assets of Arvco Container Corporation’s Indianapolis location (Arvco Indianapolis) and has offered employment to all current Arvco Indianapolis employees, effective Octo- ber 5, 2020. • Sonoco Announces Price Hike For Corrugated Medi- um Grades : Hartsville, South Carolina based Sonoco announced that it is implementing a $50/ton increase on all domestic and export corrugating medium grades shipping from its Hartsville mill.
