CRP-OF Series Oil-Free Condensate Filters

Unmatched Performance

What Makes Clean Resources the Best Condensate Filter? How it works

Condensate Filtration for the Oil-Free Rotary Compressor Market Traditional oil-flooded air compressors use oil to lubricate, seal, and prevent air backflow. The oil-free rotary screw compressor airend (worm gear) uses extremely tight tolerances of the internal moving parts to prevent air backflow. Because of these tolerances, metal-on-metal friction occurs, causing particulate matter to pass into the condensate stream. The Clean Resources CRP-OF Series condensate filters capture and remove trace, precious, and heavy metal particles (titanium, chromium, etc.) from oil-free compressor condensate. OF Series filters also capture trace amounts of air-borne oil and chemical agents ingested from ambient shop air, including cutting oil, propane, diesel exhaust fumes, and others.

• Media utilizes molecular sieve technology and chemical bonding • Solids, hydrocarbons, and contaminant molecules attract to the proprietary substrate media bed like a magnet, permanently bonding and eliminating groundwater contamination Standard features • All units are factory pre-plumbed and leak tested • Twelve inlets for simultaneous connection of multiple compressors or other downstream components • Gravity flow discharge • Guaranteed contaminant removal to meet or exceed EPA-compliant levels for the life of the unit. Maintenance-free—technician approved  • No heavy, messy bag change-outs • No exposure to algae, black mold, bacteria or e-coli • Reduces or eliminates illness and allergic reactions Recycle program • Dispose of in accordance with state and local regulations or, • Ship registered unit to Clean Resources for free recycling Environmental conditions • Works in all conditions—contact your distributor for extremely cold climates • Specific gravity, emulsification, relative humidity, and temperature do not affect performance Guaranteed Compliance When properly sized, installed, and registered , our systems are guaranteed for 12 months to perform and reduce the contaminants in your compressor condensate to meet or exceed EPA Compliance regulations. If your unit fails under these conditions, Clean Resources will refund the prorated amount remaining on the warranty if a registered unit fails within one year of installation.

Premium Features

1 Manifold Detaches from base for quick separator interval replacement.

2 Condensate Inlet Hub Replace red and black caps with push-to-connect fittings (finger tighten ONLY) and insert compressor lines. 3 Carbon-filtered Vent Pressure is decompressed and vented through two replaceable carbon-filled cartridges, removing VOCs and reducing any mist expelled from the manifold. 4 Timer Drain Sends a burst of air through the unit every 12 hours to prevent the formation of a sludge mat.

5 Antimicrobial Cavity Insert an antimicrobial puck to sanitize the discharge hose and prevent algae growth.

6 Outlet Filtered condensate exits to sanitary or floor drain.

Pump it Up!

Product Installation and Recycling Most Clean Resources products are shipped with printed installation instructions attached to the unit or printed on the label. We know they get tossed out, “lost,” or sometimes you’d just rather not read the instructions. Not to worry. Each unit’s product label has a QR code that takes you to our installation series of videos. Here you can watch Jerry, our Clean Resources installation expert, talk you through installation and recycling, step-by-step. You will be up and running in no time, and EPA compliant.

Is the drain more than 10 feet away? No problem!

How about gravity—need to run the clean condensate uphill? Clean Resources now sells an auxiliary discharge pump for those troublesome installs where the drain is too far away, the outlet hose won’t lay flat or run downhill. For more information and pricing, check with your distributor or contact us.
