Helan Kuriakose Senior IT Quality Assurance Analyst As the leader of a cross-functional quality assurance team, I devote myself to helping team members deliver high-quality results. I collaborate with development teams to understand project goals, work with project managers to set timelines and priorities, and ensure a high-quality testing process. I also train new team members, drawing on my nine years of Parts Authority experience. I enjoy spending time in the community, as well. I establish standard operating procedures for any activities related to product and part returns.
