Packrite is now attract- ing, training, and retaining people for skilled technical roles to operate this automated machinery. The company goal is to have even more automation, which drives both higher efficiency and higher-paid employees. Packrite’s employee roster is around 125 and is expected to grow around 10 percent in the not-too-distant future.
