Kula described his business as “a closed circuit,” han- dling everything from design to delivery in-house. He says, “My goal in the next five to 10 years is to double what we’re doing currently.” The facility will operate two shifts, from 5 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 5 p.m. to 1 a.m. Community Development Direc- tor Marc Mylott said the company would employ “between 44 and hopefully up to 60 people.” No exterior changes are planned for the building. Kula said he hopes to be “fully operational” by the end of the second quarter next year.
