CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Cardio Shred: High Energy with nonstop Athletic Conditioning. A fun work out with strength and agility drills. Core Power: Core work including abs and back. Increase your core strength and range of motion. Barre: A challenging work out that improves stabilizing muscles and increasing flexibility and balance. Yoga: Align and flow style class to improve flexibility and mental focus. Pilates: Promotes joint stability and overall muscle strength. Includes a mobility, stability, and strength component. TRX Power: a Circuit driven work out utilizing the TRX suspension system. A full body work out that will improve your golf and racquet sports. Stretch and Tone: exercises that include band work, dumbbells, chair exercises, and stability balls. Finish off with a total body stretch. Water Aerobics: a Low impact way to exercise that will give you a great workout with less stress on your joints. Stretch and Rehab: If you have injuries or are injury prone, then this is a great class to prevent or get you back on track. TPI Golf Circuit: Exercises to improve your golf game. Emphasizes flexibility for you range of motion and strength to improve your power.
