Reflecting your personal style throughout each room can be a bit overwhelming at first, but our professional Lifestyle Studio Consultants are on hand to help with innovative ideas and solutions. What is your design vision? What colour palettes excite you? From fixtures to flooring, cabinetry and more, this is where the finer details of your home and personal touches come to life. You can get a head start on planning by popping into Clarendon’s Lifestyle Studio before your official appointment day as often as you like. So let’s begin turning your new house into a home.

EXPER I ENCE T H E D E S I G N Clarendon’s Lifestyle Studio is a purpose-built destination designed to engage your senses and release your inner interior designer. Our multiple displays have been created as a series of actual kitchens, bathrooms, living and outdoor spaces to help you visualise them more completely. There’s also a range of lighting, stair and flooring options and paint colours to inspire you. How many times can you or should you visit our Lifestyle Studio? In short, it’s up to you, but feel free to visit as many times as you like to browse, research and familiarise yourself with the product range. It’s a great idea to attend an Inclusions Tour on a Saturday prior to your official appointments. (When you purchased your home, you selected a particular Inclusions package, so get to know those Inclusions and note any items that you would consider changing). Before your first Lifestyle Studio appointment, you will have already made your brickwork selection on a previous day. Then, when you arrive in the Lifestyle Studio for your first full day appointment, remember that it’s a time designed just for you, so ask as many questions as you like throughout the day. Most importantly, enjoy the experience.

There are a number of appointments needed to make the selections for your new home. Have you completed an Inclusions Tour and become familiar with all the products available to you and made some notes? Excellent! Your first appointment is with either Austral or PGH Bricks. You’ll select all your home’s external and feature brickwork from one of the below suppliers. No need to visit a brickyard if you’re building with Hebel.

You’ll then attend your full day appointment at the Lifestyle Studio to choose all the finishes, fixtures and fittings for your new home, from your roof to everything that lives underneath it… including kitchen, bathroom and laundry. To focus on your selections, we recommend you visit without the littlest family members. However, we understand that’s sometimes impossible, so we do provide a kids play area.

STEP BY STEP On your Lifestyle Studio appointment days, you’ll have a series of consultations, during which you’ll meet our industry leading Partners who can assist with making the all-important selections for the externals and interiors of your new home. Our professional Lifestyle Studio Consultants will also help to bring your design ideas to life.
EXTERNALS
BLINDS AND SCREENS
You’ll select roof coverings, gutters and fascias, rendering, external cladding, external paint colours, garage doors and front entry door and door furniture, as well as your laundry door.
Blinds, shutters and flyscreens - in this consultation, you’ll select these.
AIR CONDITIONING
You’ll select your air conditioning and fireplace.
INTERIORS
During this consultation, you’ll choose internal paint colours, cornices, architraves and skirtings, internal doors and door furniture.
BATHROOM, ENSUITE AND POWDER ROOMS
Here, you’ll choose basins, tapware, shower screens, toilet suites, vanities and bathroom accessories like toilet roll holders and towel rails.
ELECTRICALS
You’ll go over lighting requirements, powerpoint positions as well as electricals for the outside of your home. We have a luxe display of pendant lights to view during this consultation. HOME AUTOMATION Here, you’ll select home alarm systems, vacuum system, TV and data cabling, TV antenna as well as intercoms for your home.
KITCHEN
This is the focal point of every home. During this time, you’ll select appliances, layout, benchtops, tapware and sinks. You have the opportunity to modify or add items such as pot drawers, pull out cupboards, overhead cupboards or anything else that you’d like.
