Living along Florida’s East Coast has shown me that treasure takes many forms. It can be a sunrise over the Atlantic, a quiet boat ride on the Intracoastal, sea turtle tracks in the sand, fresh local seafood, or dinner shared with family and friends. at spirit inspired the name of this month’s journal, TREASURE. To me, it represents the people, places, and everyday pleasures that make our coastal communities feel like home. It is found in the restaurants we return to, the local businesses we support, and the familiar views that still catch our attention.
As you explore these pages, I hope you discover a new destination, a restaurant to try, an idea for your home, or another reason to enjoy our remarkable coastline. Florida’s East Coast o ers riches at every turn, o en hiding in plain sight. Sometimes the greatest treasures are already right outside our door.
