Learning objectives:
The participants can discuss the risks and hazards associated with lifting operations (Knowledge, intermediate level) The participants can recognise the importance of inspection of the lifting equipment (Knowledge, basic level) The participants can recognise the importance of reporting and tagging (“do not use”) damaged lifting equipment (Knowledge, basic level) The participants can describe typical procedural errors and their consequences in lifting operations and damage to the equipment (Knowledge, basic level) The participants can recognise how to control movement of loads when lifting by means of tag lines (Knowledge, basic level)
