Your Search for Condominium Manager/ Management Services
There are reasons for condominium boards to begin a search for new condominium management services. It can be an easier process now because there are many more avenues to explore for assistance in securing it to best serve the community when there is a need. There continues to be a shortage of managers to take care of the growth in condominiums. The task can be lengthy and fraught with indecision. There are tools available to make the search process easier than it used to be. If you have a list of managers/ management companies you would like to pursue, the one place to search to confirm licensing and other information that comes under the legislation they are responsible to administer is the Condominium Management Regulatory Authority of Ontario (CMRAO). It is recommended that every board periodically review requirements of the condominium manager / management company to ensure those who service their corporation are up - to - date. Trish Kaplan , CCI (Hon’s) is the current part- time Administrator for CCI- London and Area Chapter, having served in the position from April 2003 to September 2010. She received the CCI Distinguished Service Award from CCI National in November 2006.
