The Canadian Condominium Institute is an independent, non-profit organization formed in 1982. It is the only national associa- tion to serve as a clearing house and research centre on condominium issues and activities across the country. It assists its members in es- tablishing and operating suc- cessful condominium corpo- rations through education, information dissemination, publications, workshops and technical assistance.

The talent and teamwork for this edition of the CCI Review is amazing. We are so fortunate to have the expertise of our writers. Thank you so much to all who have contributed to our learning during these especially changing times. The directors of our CCI Board are called upon often to inspire, advise and to work very hard contributing to the education of us and they all do just that, all the while continuing on with their own responsibilities. We are genuinely grateful for their expertise and leadership. The generosity of the professional and business partners who support education in our community in advertising and sponsorships is awesome. We couldn ’ t do it without them, so thank you.
