WHOLESALE LIGHTING DIVISION ECI Lighting has been a cornerstone of the Electrical Wholesale landscape in Ireland since 1960. Our PRELUX LED brand has grown from the ground up to become a significant player in the LED lighting market countrywide. We have been exclusive agents in Ireland for the popular FUMAGALLI outdoor range since 1993. We are currently recruiting for a dynamic sales leader in our Wholesale Lighting division. The successful candidate will develop and execute a sales plan to drive growth and profitability for the division across Ireland. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, they will influence high-level decision-making, shape our strategic direction and steer the nationwide sales agenda. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead our Wholesale Lighting division, overseeing team performance and territory development across the Republic of Ireland (ROI) and Northern Ireland (NI), with full autonomy to shape your approach. • Establish and execute strategic plans to achieve sales growth, profitability and an expanded electrical-wholesaler client base, underpinned by data-driven market insight. • Provide an exceptional standard of customer service as the senior touchpoint for key accounts, fostering long- term loyalty. • Collect, analyse and act on market intelligence—from product trends to pricing dynamics and competitor activity—to keep us ahead of the curve. • Support brand development by collaborating with marketing, engaging manufacturing partners and representing us at trade events, ensuring our PRELUX and FUMAGALLI lines shine. • Monitor KPIs rigorously and prepare professional forecasts and reports to both company and client specifications, driving continuous improvement. • Coach and mentor your team of 8–10 sales professionals through regular feedback, training sessions and clear career-development pathways; conduct performance reviews, set goals and ensure accountability. • Innovate new channels and digital sales tools to accelerate pipeline development and streamline customer engagement.
