As the 17th and most-recent addition to the electrical wholesaler’s network of branches across Ireland, CEF Sandyford opened its doors in March 2025. Servicing south Dublin and north Co Wicklow, the 4,500sqft space is attracting a strong customer base among electrical contractors, as well as solar and EV installers. Solar has already emerged as a particular strength, with CEF Sandyford supplying its products and services to

multiple housing developments around the Dublin area. The location is led by Michael McLoughlin in his first role as branch manager, having joined CEF five and a half years ago as a sales assistant at CEF Red Cow and progressed through account manager roles at both CEF Dublin City Centre and CEF Red Cow. A team of five at Sandyford also includes Shane O’Connor as assistant manager and Shane Keenan as account manager, both of whom are experienced in electrical

wholesaling, while sales assistants Harrison Jones and Mark Smith are new to the trade. Stocking thousands of products from leading brands supported by CEF’s branch network across Ireland, next-day delivery is offered across a vast range of products alongside a same-day collection range available locally.
