Description: This course takes a fun and interesting journey through history by looking into something that virtually everyone is interested in: conspiracy theories. Whether it be secret societies, the Kennedy assassination, or the theories revolving around extra- terrestrial life, this course has something to intrigue even the most skeptical of students. Course Materials: Due to the nature of the course, we will not have a course textbook or any other required texts. I am more than will- ing, as the course progresses, to make book recommendations to students. Instead, we will be utilizing a series of primary and sec- ondary sources that will be easily accessible online.

Description: This class will look at the development of twelve of the world’s most revolutionary inventions, focusing not only on their mechanical development but also on how they changed culture and altered the way man views his place in the cosmos. Man’s capacity to invent is a result of his being made in the image of God, the original Creator. This class explores the creative capacity of man- kind and how man has shaped and reshaped his own self-under- standing through his inventions, beginning with the alphabet and going all the way up to the Internet. Course Materials: Online sources will be provided as needed by the instructor. No textbook is required.
