Tech Takeover It's all video games in the Event Space, Tuesdays, April 2 through 23 from 4:00 to 5:30 PM. Join in the fun competing against players of all ages. We will provide the controllers, snacks and prizes! Tournament Tuesday is intended for ages 10 and older, children 9 and younger must be accompanied by a caregiver 15 years or older. Tournament Tuesdays 3D Printing for Adults Whether you are an experienced printer or just curious how it works, this introductory class will guide you through the ins and outs of how a 3D printer works, best practices for making 3D prints and converting an idea to a printable file. This session is intended for ages 18 years and older. Join us Thursday, March 14 at 5:30 PM in the Makery. Registration is required. Join our Library On the Go at any of these public locations this spring to pick up a book you've placed on hold by selecting LEW On The Go as your pickup location or simply browse the mobile collection of books and DVDs for all ages. Genre Quest buttons will be available for pick up and stop by to experience Virtual Reality! Gaming Jamboree Enjoy a few hours of gaming however you desire! Try a new board game from our wide selection, XBox on the big screen, get your Wii on, or experience Virtual Reality. We will be in the Library Event Space Tuesday, April 19 from 12:30 to 3:30 PM. Intended for ages 10 and older. Getting the Job You Want Are you looking for a new career?Is your job search getting you anywhere?Learn to search for and land the job you want in this free workshop series covering resume building, completing applications, searching for jobs and preparing for the interview. Session topics repeat monthly on Wednesdays, March 6, 13, 20, 27; April 3, 10, 17, 24; and May 1, 8, 15 & 22 in the Community Room or see the library website for a link to join us virtually.
