Perth Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers at certain events or to admit only at a suitable point in the performance. Film screenings at UWA Somerville are subject to certain weather conditions. Updates on any changes to the film schedule are broadcast by 7pm online and on Perth Festival social media channels. Fees and charges Perth Festival does not charge a transaction fee for tickets purchased through the Festival. If you choose to have your tickets delivered by Registered Post, a fee of $6.50 will apply. Fees are non-refundable. Other authorised ticketing agents selling tickets to Perth Festival events charge different transaction fees. Please visit individual websites for details. Refunds and exchanges All ticket purchases are final and shall not be refunded or exchanged except as required by law or in accordance with the LPA Ticketing Code of Practice. Exchanges are only permitted to another performance of the same event at the same price reserve or higher. Exchange fees will apply. Lost or stolen tickets can be replaced however ticket replacement fees may apply. Ticket reselling While Perth Festival is not able to offer refunds for any tickets purchased, we work with Tixel as our authorised ticket reselling agent. If you are unable to attend any event and have been unable to exchange for an alternative performance date, we recommend you safely list your tickets for resale through tixel.com
Ticket prices Ticket prices listed in this brochure indicate the range of full-priced Adult tickets available for an event. The lowest price may not be for the best seats in the venue and does not indicate availability. View the full range of prices when selecting your tickets at perthfestival.com.au for each event. Discounted pricing Concession prices are available for some Festival events at most price reserves. These prices apply to Pensioners, Seniors Card holders, Health Care Card holders and full-time students. Younger audiences can take advantage of our $30 for under 30s tickets available for selected events until sold out. Concession or Student card details may be requested at the time of booking and/or at the door. Festival Club Festival Club members receive up to 15% off two Adult-priced tickets for most Festival events at most price reserves. Refer to our FAQs for full details of the discounts available and how to redeem them when buying your tickets. Mob Tix First Nations audiences can purchase tickets to selected Perth Festival events at a discounted price. See individual event listings on our website for the events the Mob Tix price applies to or check out our FAQs for full details. Group pricing Purchase 10 or more tickets for selected events and receive one complimentary ticket. Contact boxoffice@perthfestival.com.au for details. Dynamic pricing Some Perth Festival events are subject to demand-based pricing. This may see prices increase or decrease at any time during a sales period for any given event or product. These changes may occur without notice. Such alterations do not entitle you to a refund or adjustment for tickets purchased prior to revised pricing. Lotterywest Films voucher packs Film vouchers are available in flexible six or 12 packs. Voucher packs will be issued as e-tickets or printed and posted for an additional fee. You can track how many tickets you have remaining in your online account. Simply log into your account and look for the Upcoming Events section. How to Redeem: You can redeem your vouchers for a specific film session before the night. To do this simply contact our friendly Info Centre team via WebChat, email or phone up until 12pm on the day of the session you’d like to attend, or midday Friday for weekend films. We’ll be able to convert your voucher to a ticket to the film session of your choice, subject to availability. You can still redeem vouchers at the door, though note this is subject to venue capacity. We strongly recommend redeeming in advance to avoid missing out. We will communicate availability via our social channels. Gifting film vouchers E-ticket film vouchers can be gifted by printing at home or physical vouchers can be printed if required. Official sales channels Patrons are strongly advised to only purchase tickets directly through Perth Festival or the venue’s official ticketing provider to prevent ticket scalping and to guarantee entry into the event. Gift certificates Gift certificates can only be used to purchase events through Perth Festival channels. They expire at the end of the 2026 Festival season. Gift certificates can be printed and posted for an additional fee if required.
