Electrical Design Engineering Department, Maag Gala Team Leader Steve Lavinder states, "Teamwork makes the difference. Our team is made up of a diverse group of people, each of whom possesses their own skill set. The diverse skills within our team allows us to perform a variety of tasks allow us to support other departments too. Each member of this talented team works alongside their coworkers to help train and share knowledge. For these reasons, this enabled team grows stronger each day. Within the team, responsibilities are delegated so that each person's strengths are applied appropriately to meet our goals. I am proud to work alongside this highly capable group of highly capable individuals who also help me grow as well."
