I hope that all of you had a good start into the New Year and were able to spend some relaxing time with your families over the holidays.
2024 is already in full swing and we need “all hands-on deck” to make 2024 a successful year! As mentioned in the townhalls, we still require orders early in the year that can be shipped before the year ends. We have started taking proactive measures to reduce our lead times. For example, starting projects early, pre-manufacturing parts, and pre-assembling components. Our operation teams in Eagle Rock and Kent have also started working on investments that will help us to improve efficiencies and lower cost in the coming months.
We also started the year with a good number of new projects coming in, which will give us a much-needed boost to achieve the full year numbers!
You will see a lot of changes happening in 2024 and I am happy to be on this journey with you!
