For some, back pain is a daily occurrence that dictates the way you live your life. Every movement, every motion is determined by the pain in your back. Aerobic activity and strength training exercises actually make it possible to reduceyour risk of injuryand to improve your ability to overcome back pain by strengthening the vertebrae and improving blood flow and nutrient disbursement throughout the back.When you are inactive, blood flow can actually become impeded, and this can have a negative effect on the overall health of your back and spine. ALT. ARM & LEG LIFTS Start on hands and knees, hips and shoulders at 90°. Lift one arm straight out in front. At the same time, lift opposite leg straight back. Repeat 8 times on both sides. Hold for 3 seconds. SPICY LEMON GARLIC BAKED TILAPIA
• 1/2 tsp red chili powder • salt to taste • 1/2 tsp black pepper freshly cracked • 1 lemon cut into thin slices • 2 tbsp fresh parsleychopped
INGREDIENTS • 4-6 tilapia fillets • 1 tbsp lemon juice • 3 tbsp butter • 1 tsp garlic minced
DIRECTIONS Wash the tilapia fillets and pat themdry. Arrange the fillets in a baking tray. Mix lemon juice, butter, garlic, red chili powder, salt and black pepper in a bowl. Pour this mixture over the tilapia. Arrange lemon slices in between the fillets. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees C (350 Degrees F). Bake the fish for 15-20 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley. Serve hot.
