Your commitment to excellence made 2021 a year to remember as we celebrated 50 years together! In the first three quarters, we were able to deliver our best quarterly Profit Sharing contributions – through the end of the third quarter, our yearly Profit Sharing contribution rate was a record 6.749%! We also produced three quarterly operating ratio records! We want to thank you for making successes like these possible.

That plan includes continuing to invest in our infrastructure and having the best facilities and best equipment. It also includes listening to
our customers, and knowing the kinds of services they need so we can build strong partnerships for the long haul. Doing that will help us build density and bring in more bills throughout our network. And because Our Driving Force Is People, we’ll continue to focus on hiring the best associates. Your help is
very important in that goal, because you know People Like You who would be a great fit for our team and help us remain a transportation leader. The last year was just a glimpse at what’s possible when we work together toward a common goal. I’m more excited and energized than ever about our future. Because we have the best
