The showpiece is what is expected to be the highest swimming pool in the state, offering sweeping views across Jersey City and the Manhattan skyline. “The crafted, thoughtful design of these lifestyle ame- nity spaces stands out in the J ersey City marketplace,” said Jackie Urgo , president of The Marketing Directors, the exclusive leasing and mar- keting firm representing The Greyson. “Located on Home - stead Place, The Greyson offers a pedestrian-friendly,
transit-oriented lifestyle for those looking for serenity in a bustling neighborhood.” The Greyson is located on Homestead Place, a new pedes- trian-only plaza that connects the Journal Square PATH en - trance on Pavonia Avenue to Newark Avenue. The building’s ground-floor retail will front a newly created section of the Homestead Place extension, bringing energy and charm, with the corridor providing a direct, car-free pedestrian pathway flanked by cafes and stores to the transit hub. The Greyson is set just two
blocks off the Square, offering a quieter, serene arrival expe- rience while remaining conve- niently close to the neighbor- hood’s extensive transportation network, anchored by PATH service to lower and midtown Manhattan, as well as Jersey City, Hoboken, and Newark. NJ Transit trains and private bus- es also serve Journal Square daily, providing easy access to major employment, dining, and recreation centers on both sides of the Hudson River.
