IDGEFIELD PARK, NJ — KABR Group and Hornrock Prop - erties have broken ground on a new six-story luxury multi- family rental building at 95 Challenger Rd., marking the first multi-family development within Ridgefield Park’s Over - peck Corporate Center and a major milestone for the 60-acre mixed-use campus located just five miles west of Manhattan.
