Del Beccaro, TRI Commercial/ CORFAC International , Walnut Creek, California. “It’s my honor to lead COR- FAC International’s network of 75 independently owned and operated commercial real estate brokerage of- fices,” Santaularia said. “As president in 2026, I want to contribute to making the CORFAC brand even stron- ger worldwide. We’ll also be concentrating on developing more in-network referral business and relationship building, which will benefit our network’s clients.” As Executive VP and Director of Strategic Re- lationships at Bradford, Santaularia specializes in providing advisory services to supply-chain and third- party logistics clients from
