THRIVE NEWSLETTER This month, we’re spotlighting a few important updates — including a reminder to use your Thrive for Life LSA funds before December 31st and to redeem any Rally Engage rewards by the end of the year. We’re also highlighting PulteGroup’s transition to The Standard for Life, Disability, and Voluntary benefits, along with our updated Parental Leave Policy for eligible employees.

As we wrap up the year, don’t forget to use your Thrive for Life Lifestyle Spending Account (LSA) funds. Eligible employees can be reimbursed for 75% of approved wellness expenses—up to $750 per calendar year —covering everything from fitness and nutrition to stress management, family activities, and financial wellbeing tools. Remember, unused funds don’t roll over, so be sure to submit any remaining expenses for 2025 through Espresa by January 31st, 2026. As a reminder, PulteGroup’s Life, Disability, Leave of Absence, and Voluntary benefits will transition from Unum to The Standard on January 1st , bringing updated coverage options and continued financial protection for you and your family. Don’t forget: The Standard will continue offering the $75 Wellness Incentive per plan, per dependent, so be sure to take advantage of this added savings. PARENTAL LEAVE ENHANCEMENTS FOR 2026

Welcoming a new child is one of life’s biggest moments — and PulteGroup is committed to supporting you every step of the way. Our updated Parental Leave Policy now provides 4 weeks of 100% paid parental leave for eligible employees, giving you more time to bond with your newborn or newly adopted child. Employees may take up to 12 weeks of job-protected leave within the first year following birth, adoption, or foster placement — and now, 4 of those weeks are fully paid. This benefit is available to all eligible parents and legal guardians, including employees who receive maternity disability benefits once their post-recovery period ends.

*The leave must be taken consecutively within the first 12 months of the child’s birth or adoption date unless state law dictates otherwise. Refer to the Parental Leave Policy for more details concerning the leave entitlement period.
