Getting your immigration status right Anyone who is not a British or Irish Citizen requires an Immigration Status (visa) to enter, live, work or study in the UK It is vital that: You aim to arrive at WBS by your “Course Start Date” If you are delayed, you arrive by your “Latest Start Date” To enrol, you must be in the UK with an Immigration Status that gives you the “Right to Study” on your course . Caution! Some UK visas do not permit study on a 12-month course at Warwick. Examples include: A student visa sponsored by another institution The “Graduate” and “High Potential Individual” Visas Visitor Visas
