UPON YOUR ARRIVAL CHECK-IN TIME / 3:00–5:00 PM ON FRIDAY CHECK-OUT TIME / 12:00 PM ON SUNDAY
NOTE: If you will be arriving later than 5:00 PM, or if it is necessary to change your arrival plans (vehicle troubles, etc.), please call our team at 518.494.1741 to provide us with your ETA. Late registration will remain in the Huskies Health and Athletic Center. We ask that you do the following upon your arrival: 1.Park your vehicle(s) in the Wyrtzen Center lot and walk on the pathway to the Huskies Health and Athletic Center. Vehicles will not be permitted in front of the Huskies Health and Athletic Center. 2.Collect all camper medications prior to entering the Huskies Health & Athletic Center. 3.Check in with Customer Service Representative in the lobby. a.One leader will proceed with campers with medications/incomplete health forms to the medical station. b.One leader will go with the remaining campers who do not have meds to the track to meet their counselors. CHECK IN PROCESS STEP 1 All campers will enter the main entrance of the Huskies Health and Athletic Center to begin the check in process. Leave all luggage in your vehicle. STEP 2 Primary youth leaders/parents check in with our Customer Service team. Campers cannot be checked in with a remaining balance. STEP 3 Campers with medication or pending health form items will visit the Health Center station. Electronic Health Forms must be completed correctly and signed by parents or legal guardians. This includes the vaccination records, immunization records, and health insurance info. If this is not done, you will be responsible for calling the parent and obtaining the info. All medication must be turned in at this time. STEP 4 Meet up with your campers and their counselors to sign up for activities in the lower levels of the Huskies Health and Athletic Center. We have a few paid activities at camp, such as snowmobiles and paintball. These activities can be purchased during Registration or at the Student Services Desk throughout the weekend. Spots are limited and handled on a first-come, first-served basis.
STEP 5 Drive your campers and their counselor(s) to the cabin!
