RELATIONSHIPS
We promote being active listeners, to support your feeling and wishes, but also keeping you happy and safe in any form of relationship. Within the home and school we have a team of staff who are able to help and support you, we also have a Well-Being Officer on the Lower and Upper Site that are available during the day to talk too.
We also have an advocate that visits all 4 homes once a month.
An advocate can provide information to help you make decisions Help you contact the relevant people, or contact them for you Listen to your views or concerns What an advocate will do What an advocate won't do Give you their personal opinion Solve problems and make decisions for you Make judgements about you
