Each home has a team of people called the care team. Karen Tatham is the Head of Care Samantha White is the Care Manager
Each house has a House Manager, a Senior Residential Support Worker and a Residential Support Worker. They are all there to help and support you. One of these people will be your 'Key Worker'. Your 'Key Worker' is dedicated to making sure you are happy and healthy whilst you are with us. They will spend time with you to discuss anything that is worrying you and also organise activities you enjoy.
You will have the opportunity to earn pocket money:this might be linked to targets in your care plan. We also have a young person bank account at the home, or you can use your own personal bank account with a bank card
