She’s the award-winning business coach behind Fearless Business Boss , the woman other women watch and whisper, “No, seriously… she must have superpowers.” But here’s the truth: She doesn’t magically “do it all.” She has engineered a way to do it, built a framework, a philosophy, a fearless blueprint that turns limitations into leverage and everyday women into unstoppable forces. The “Accidental” Business That Became a Blueprint Tammy didn’t set out to be a CEO. She just needed to work from home after her MS diagnosis made traditional work unsustainable. One online scam later (we’ve all been there), she ditched the shady internet promises and found a local insurance agent who needed help with admin, lead gen, and later bookkeeping. Somewhere between invoices and inboxes, she realized: “I actually have a business.” That business became a VA agency, intentionally built to help other disabled people work from home too. As demand grew and her vision expanded, she transitioned the agency into a digital marketing agency, hiring subcontractors, assigning client work, and creating something far bigger than a solo hustle. That’s where the agency model came in and where the freedom started to multiply. Delegation: The Thing We Teach but Don’t Do Tammy fully admits she went through every version of “I’ll just do it myself” leadership. She laughs about her early “helicopter manager” era, hovering, double-checking, having subcontractors send work back so she could present it to the client.
