Others enjoy the sights and sounds of riverfront camping. Emerald Cove Resort sits directly across from the famous Parker Strip, where water activities range from water skiing and wake boarding to jet skiing or fishing with the family–there’s something for everyone. Home to some of the best fishing around, the Parker Strip offers a large area of fishing terrain. Watercraft rentals are also available nearby in Parker, Arizona, for making your river trip one to remember. Get ready for some well-deserved R&R in one of two extra- large covered swimming pools, hang with the family in the children’s wading pool or get some serious down time in the hot tubs. If golf is your game, play on the 9-hole golf course, Jack Ass Flats, which is located across the street from Emerald Cove. There’s also an 18-hole mini golf course for kids of all ages. There’s a busy arcade with a variety of games and snacks. Your pet is well cared for at the riverfront dog park with beach access and a full dog run. Your pets will be so happy you brought them along. The resort is a short distance from the London Bridge in Lake Havasu City, Arizona, and Laughlin, Nevada. And just 30 miles away, don't miss visiting Quartzsite in January and February, for its eight major gem and mineral shows and largest open-air flea market displaying a rockhound’s dream of rocks, gems, minerals, and fossils.
