WATER FUN IN POOLS, LAZY RIVER, LAKE AND SPLASH PADS

Open year-round, Lake Shore Resort in Davison, Michigan, entertains visitors with summer water sports and winter snowshoeing and ice skating. Warm weather brings a variety of options to play in water. The spring- fed Lake Linda and private beach are very inviting. Take your pick of one of three heated pools—or all three— one of which is indoors, to be enjoyed in all kinds of weather, plus hot tubs and a sauna. The indoor pool recently went through a large one- million-dollar renovation. The project consisted of rebuilding the entire dome structure and building a new pool, hot tub and restrooms. The whole family will enjoy the Fun Zone Water Park with a lazy river, splash pad, and wading pool. Another way to enjoy the water is on the lake itself . Enjoy one or all of these: row boats, canoes, kayaks, and paddleboats. Of course, you don’t have to get wet to have fun at Lake Shore Resort. Take a stroll on one of the many nature and hiking trails. Meet new or old friends on the Putt- Putt golf course, or let your children play to their hearts’ extent at the playground. Enjoy tennis and basketball courts plus horseshoes and shuffleboard. If you visit in the winter, enjoy ice skating on the lake. If you can’t figure out something to do, then you’re in luck because the activities department has a full schedule of fun

things to do. Join other campers at the Dome for a family-friendly flick.

Organized activities include outdoor team games, card parties, holiday dinners, arcades, and karaoke nights. Regularly scheduled craft and vendor shows feature a variety of unique items from the talented members. From one-of-a-kind jewelry and home décor to gifts, there’s something for everyone to enjoy and take home. There are lots of ways to meet old and new friends at the picnic area with grills. Enjoy an evening around one of the community fire pits or grab a quick bite to eat at the snack bar, and stock up at the general store. Although there’s no reason, you’d ever want to leave the resort, nearby you’ll find an old-fashioned cider mill, riding stable, and plenty of shopping and dining venues. A little further away is Flint— just 10 miles east.
