LET US HEAR FROM YOU Your travel and feedback shape the future of Coast to Coast. Found a hidden gem that should be part of the network? Had an amazing (or not-so-amazing) stay? We’d love to hear it all. Connect with us by phone, email or good old-fashioned mail. • Coast to Coast P.O. Box 7028

RESERVATION CANCELLATION POLICY Be sure to cancel your reservation if you’re unable to stay at a booked resort. If you don’t change or cancel your reservation by 6:00 p.m. (resort time) the day prior to your arrival date, your account will be charged the amount of Trip Points equal to the resort’s minimum-stay requirement. We enforce this rule because the resort may have turned away another guest to hold the space for you. Please be considerate—and save your Trip Points, too. HOME RESORT RESERVATION Reservations for your home resort must be booked through your home resort and are subject to your home resort’s terms and conditions. If your home resort is part of a multi-resort system, all other resorts within that multi-resort system must be booked as specified by your home resort. You cannot make reservations for your home resort or other resorts within the same multi-resort system as your home resort using your Coast to Coast membership benefits, such as with the Tripsetter reservation system or through Coast Member Services. COAST TO COAST HOSPITALITY CODE Being part of the Coast to Coast network means you wear two hats. Sometimes you’re the guest, and sometimes the host. Either way, it’s all about great vibes, mutual respect, and treating fellow travelers the way you’d want to be treated. WHEN YOU’RE A GUEST… • Say hello! Meet your hosts, join in activities, and share a smile. • Follow the resort’s rules — even if they’re different from home. • Treat the property like your own (or better!). • Keep requests reasonable — save emergencies for true emergencies. • Ask about local gems to explore and enjoy the area. • Leave your site or rental better than you found it. WHEN YOU’RE A HOST… • Be welcoming as every guest adds new stories and energy to your resort. • Share your insider tips about the resort and the area. You’re the local expert! • Invite guests to join activities as friendships often start with a simple invitation. Bottom line: Great hospitality is the heart of our network. Make every visit, whether as guest or host, a great one to remember.
