Adult/Tot Soccer Young children develop motor skills while having fun running and kicking. Parents and tots work together in this class, learning the basics of soccer. Dribbling, passing, shooting and kicking will all be emphasized. No class November 29. Ages: 2 - 4 years

Does your little one love basketball? This instructional program is perfect for your child! Participants will learn fundamental skills, basic techniques and improve their motor skills required for the game of basketball. Players will use junior sized balls and 8 ft tall hoops to build confidence. Teams will practice for 1 hour, 1 day per week. Games will take place on Saturday or Sunday mornings at the Wood Dale, Itasca or Medinah Park Districts. Volunteer coaches are needed for the program to run. If you are interested in being a volunteer coach, please indicate on your registration form. Little Hoops program provides an opportunity for each child to develop motor skills and nurture his/her growth socially and emotionally through teamwork and good sportsmanship. No class November 29. Taekwon-Do Imagine what an advantage you will have now, and in the future, by learning martial arts today. Do you like to stretch, kick, punch, relieve stress, and feel good? The benefits of Taekwon-Do include character building, confidence, self-esteem, discipline, focus, perseverance, physical fitness, improved balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-defense. Imagine that “attitude is everything” and you will never give up in any aspect of your life. This is Taekwon-Do! New students are asked to arrive half hour earlier on the first day to learn about the program and to purchase the uniform. No class on November 24 and 26.
