REGISTRATION
Online To register online at wdparks.org, an account with a User ID and password is required to utilize the system. If this is your first time registering online or if you have not registered online since April 2011, you must register in-person at the Recreation Complex prior to using the online registration system. Online registration is not available for the following programs: Extended School, Rainbow Playschool, Fitness Membership, and some Athletic Leagues. Mail-in Mail completed registration form and payment to: Wood Dale Park District, 111 E. Foster Ave, Wood Dale, IL 60191 We accept Cash, Check, Apple Pay, Credit Card (Visa, Discover, and MasterCard) We reserve the right to request proof of residency at any time. If this is your first time registering with Wood Dale Park District, please have proof of residency in the form of a drivers’ license, tax bill, rental contract, or utility bill.
