The benefits of Taekwon-Do include character building, confidence, self- esteem, discipline, focus, perseverance, physical fitness, improved balance, coordination, strength, flexibility, and self-defense. Imagine that “attitude is everything” and you will never give up in any aspect of your life. This is Taekwon-Do! New students are asked to arrive half hour earlier on the first day to learn about the program and to purchase the uniform. No class on March 2 & 4 and May 4 & 6. Ages: 1 8+ years Time: Mon 5:00 - 6:00pm Wed 6:00 - 7:00pm Fee: $60 R / $70 NR

Adult Intermediate Pickleball Clinic The Universal Rackets Intermediate clinic will consist of serving instruction, shot techniques, strategy, rules & scoring. The session will include touch shots, controlling the kitchen,
backhand & forehand drives and offense to defense transitioning. Students will perfect their dinking and block volleying paired with a vast understanding of court positioning to set their partner up for success. Plenty of match play will be included as well.
